Du 21 au 23 octobre 2022, plusieurs unités, dont des membres du 25 Field Ambulance, du 329th Ground Ambulance (US), du 23 Field Ambulance, du 52 et du 55 Field Ambulance, ont participé à l’exercice annuel de validation de St Luke au Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute (FESTI) à Toronto, en Ontario. L’événement organisé par la 25e Ambulance de campagne comptait plus de 90 participants. L’exercice de validation s’est déroulé au cours de sept scénarios où les participants ont été testés sur leurs compétences militaires, médicales et traumatiques. Les participants ont également été mis à l’épreuve sur le plan physique, mental et, surtout, sur le plan du travail d’équipe. Après la validation, un dîner a été organisé à l’Institut militaire royal canadien où les participants ont dîné ensemble et célébré les succès de la journée. L’exercice a permis de faire progresser les normes de soins de toutes les équipes et n’a pu être réalisé que grâce aux efforts combinés de toutes les personnes impliquées.
From October 21-23, 2022 multiple units including members of 25 Field Ambulance, 329th Ground Ambulance (US), 23 Field Ambulance, 52 and 55 Field Ambulance participated in the annual St Luke’s Validation exercise at the Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute (FESTI) in Toronto, Ontario. The event hosted by 25 Field Ambulance included over 90 participants. The validation exercise took place over the course of seven scenarios where participants were tested on their military, medical, and trauma skills. Participants were also challenged on their physical, mental, and most importantly teamwork skills. Following the validation an evening dinner was held at the Royal Canadian Military Institute where participants dined together and celebrated the successes of the day. The exercise helped move the care standards of all teams forward and was only realized due to the combined efforts of all those involved.
